What Causes Unpleasant Odor From Urine, Yellow Tint In Sperm And Excess Fatigue?

Im 34 years old male. My urine has a foul smell. My sperm has a yellow tint. I sometimes suffer from ED. I ve been having pain like from hemoroids it gets worse after having sex. I ve been having chills lately. I stay fatigued I can sleep for 10 to 12 hours and still feel very tired. I had a PSA test ran a few months ago and everything was normal. I would very much appreciate any information because I don t know what else to do and would love to feel normal again. Thanks

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have an infection that requires antibiotic therapy.

To determine this, you would need to be assessed by your doctor. This would include physical examination, urine analysis and possibly urine to the lab as well.
A blood test for full blood count may also be needed.

Treatment would depend on what is found.
I hope this helps
