What Causes Underdevloped Follicule In Left Ovary?

Hello.doc.i am married for 4 years nd not concieved yet.my age is 27.my doc has given me enclomiphene for day 3-5.i had my follicular study at day 9.results are: Ro-one dominant follicle of size 11mm nd lo-one follicle of size 9mm aprox.endometrium thickness is 7.is their any chances for me to conceive this month?is it possible that the underdevloped follicule of my left ovary will also grow nd ovulate

Hello,

The response to induction so far seems to be good enough as per your follicular study. You have good chance of conception if you follow regular proper intercourse as advised by your doctor throughout the fertile period. The possibility of maturity of the second follicle is uncertain. Acceleration through FSH can enhance ovulation in certain situations. Your doctor is the better judge.
