Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Shivering may be due to hypoxia with CO2 narcosis or it may be due to muscle weakness, Parkinsonism, essential tremor in old age or due to electrolyte imbalance etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Your blood oxygen saturation is also very less which may lead to respiratory failure.

Please use oxygen inhalation and consult your physician to get yourself examined and treated accordingly.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
