What Causes Unconsciousness, Breathlessness And Lack Of Oxygen?

Hi,

My mom is around 45 and she has been healthy so far. Since some months she feels heat in backside of her head and then gets unconscious for sometimes (Some Minutes), and then when she gets conscious she complains for breathing and lack of oxygen. Need help to diagnose what the issue can be?
