Hi, today morning i had Sudden unconsciousness and then Ipassed urine during the unconsciousness. Gaining conscious after a minute and then I vomit, which seems to be acidic. Can you pls tell me is there anything to worry. I have thyroid also upto 8points

it can be vasovagalattack or anaphylactic shock.can take antacid like omiprazol and polycrol gel. it can be associated with hyper acidity and seviour gastritis. consult gastroenterologist forexamibation and advise on treatment
