What Causes Ulcers On The Roof Of The Mouth?

My husband has 4 little lumps clumped together on roof of his mouth??He also has been complaining of a sore wisdom tooth on upper left side of mouth. .I just noticed the roof of his mouth today :( had no clue it looked like this and with no insurance really sucks !!. .I pretty much know the er won't do anything without the abscess busting first . .What to do ??? JUST GOT MY EMAIL THANKS FOR NOTHING IF I HAD MONEY TO ASK FUCKING QUESTIONS I'D TAKE HIM TO A FUCKING DR/DENTIST ????!!! LIKE REALLY 35$ A QUESTION YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AS MUCH MONEY AS YOU MAKE!!!!!

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Yes, it looks like infection causing abscess formation..
It can be related to the offending wisdom tooth..
You need not to go to ER but consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated so that he can advise you a course of antibiotics like Augmentin (Amoxicillin+Clavulanaye Potassium) and anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen with serratiopeptidases.
Also localised cleaning of the area with antiseptic solution and local application of numbing gel like Lidocaine can help..
