hello there, welcome to HCM, Ulcers seen on oral mucosa can be due to several reasons such as injury to the mucosa , stress induced ulcers, deficiency of certain water soluble vitamins like B and vitamin C , rarely can be bacterial or fungal in nature. i would advise you to start with a course of multivitamins or antioxidants tablets for 15 days . local application of an antiseptic analgesic oral gel will help in healing. Mouth gargling with antiseptic oral rinse gives soothing effect to the throat. Avoid smoking ,hot and spicy food , carbonated drinks for a week. if the symptoms do not subside in 7 days you need to consult a physician for examination and tests. take care.
