General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Usage of Ipratropium bromide results in common side effects like headache, dizziness, nausea,
dry mouth, SHAKING (tremors) of hands & feet,
nervousness, constipation or cold symptoms such as blocked nose, sneezing, cough, or sore throat.

Budesonide resulting in shakiness in the legs, arms, hands, or feet & shivering are less common, but a reported side effect.

So your husband's symptom might be due to the combined use of both.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
