What Causes Tremors And Sweating While On Metoprolol And Warfarin?

I had open heart surgery for leaky valves on April 25th. My mytral valves was replaced and my tricuspid valve was repaired. Additionally I had a Cox Maze procedure. A week later I had a pacemaker implanted. Almost daily, I get very shaky and sweat a lot. I have found that if I eat some protein my symptoms go away. I am taking metropolol and amneoderone (I probably didn t spell those correctly) as well as warafin. Could any of those be causing my issue or should I be talking to my primary care doctor because it is something else?

it can be side effect of drug. it is a beta blocker and used to treat high blood pressure. there can be bradicardia requires monitoring and if requered drug slowly can be withdrawn other are blood thinning drug can be dangerous in case of bleeding bleeding time and clotting time is to be tested.
