What Causes Toothache In The Evenings?

I get pain on my lower molars from my right side everyday at the same time. The pain usually starts at around 6:00pm. End when i fall asleep.. I wake up fine the next day until 6.. I need to get some root canals done. But is there any reason the pain happens at around the same time.?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Well, pain in teeth that are already advised for Root canal treatment is commonly due to deep.decay and abscess formation in teeth it..
Many a times when there is abscess pain is posture dependant and occurs when you liedown..
So if there is a specific time slot then it is most probably due to this factor..
So first of all get an x ray of decayed teeth done..
Teeth that can still be saved should be Root canal treated.
Other teeth with gross decay should be removed..
You will definitely feel better after that..
For now take painkillers like Advil if pain is unbearable..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
