What Causes Tonsils Spots With Pain And Fever?
I have white spots on my tonsils like puss pockets which I ve seen before when I had tonsillitis, but this time I have a black spot on each one also. Very little pain in my throat amd no other symptoms except for high fever the past two days which has been gone all day.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Acute Tonsilitis. It can be caused by multiple causes. Most common are bacterial infection, common cold & food(like chilled water, drinks). The white spots are suggestive of pus which means bacterial infection.
