Hi, my problem is that i am suffering from tongue ulcers for the past one year and its not healing but very painful. i'm afraid that's cancer. i've been a heavy smoker for the last 25 years. when i'm taking an antibiotic it aggravates the situation. pls advice.
thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the tongue ulcer could be a non healing ulcer or reccurent aphthous ulcer... since you give the habbit of smoking its better to go for biopsy of the non healing ulcer and also rule out any trauma caused by any sharp tooth. stop smoking gradually.... i hope my answer will help you,,,take care..
