Now my baby is 1 month and its still like that. It does not itch, pain or cause any discomfort. I am just concerned and a little embarrassed. Tnx

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A flesh sticking out from anal opening can be a skin tag or hemorrhoid or piles.
Skin tag is a skin outgrowth and it requires surgical removal if it is troublesome.
Hemorrhoid or pile is actually prolapsed veins from the anal canal.
However, it is accompanied by bleeding.
Since, there is no history of bleeding, possibility of hemorrhoids is less likely.
The flesh like outgrowth is most probably skin tag.
You may consult your surgeon for clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of the flesh like growth.

Thanks and take care
