What Causes Tiredness And Disorientation After Suffering A Head Injury?

i hit my head on on a sharp object at work walking straight into it at speed. over the next few weeks I felt increasingly tired and disorientated. I went to see the doctor and after a blood test ws told I have very low B12 i was given a shot but i still feel terrible do you think it may be something to do with the impact described?

HI
First off, one shot of B12 would not resolve the anemia from the deficiency for several weeks and you will need more than one shot.

That said you need an MRI of the brain to make sure you don't have an intracerebral bleed
