What Causes Tiny Blood Clot Under The Tongue Which Turns Into Infection?

what causes a tiny blood clot under the right part of the tongue in a brownish colur. For one day there wont be pain.The next day it breaks and become infection.what is the remedy .It always comes. Can u pls suggest what makes pain and is this causes any complication.

HI.This looks to be a classical case of an impacted stone in the duct of the right submandibular salivary gland duct.
This can be confirmed by manuaal palpation where a Surgeon can feel the stone . If in double you can get a diagnosis by CT scan and sialography.
Get a proper diagnosis . IF this is a stone - the removal is an easy procedure.
