Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having chronic headaches. I ve gotten a mouth guard for the pain on the sides of my head. I am still getting headaches right on the top of my head. They start about 10:30 am. I get noise(sounds like static) in my left ear with vibrations in my head. Then the headache would arrive around 30 minutes later. I ve been using excedrin migraine to get through the day. Recently I have been eating some protein at 10:30 and it seems to put the headache off until after lunch. Its not as severe. The noise and vibrations in the ear started in 2010 and I have had varying degrees of severity. I have also taken a lot of the sugar out of my diet. The next step is the salt. I am due for blood work this month and need to have a follow up apt with her. Do oh have any ideas what it might be? Thank you, Theresa Breweiler
