What Causes Tinnitus And Nose Bleeding After A Head Injury?
When i hit my head i hear a hollow sound. its been like this since early this year though comes and goes. Initially i thought it was because my room was damp and that is already fixed. in addition my nose bleeds. between yesterday night and this night i have had nose bleeding from my left nostril three times Whats can be the matter?

The tinnitus with nasal bleeds off & on since one year , after a hit to head- suggests possibility of brain concussion with skull fracture & hematoma in brain.
I would advise an urgent consultation of a neurosurgeon , MRI of brain to spot exact diagnosis followed by needful specific medication.
