Ringing In Ears, Slight Pain In Head After Head Injury. Prescribed Neurobion, Bilovas. Suggestions?

I am 23 yrs old female. I had a minor head injury a month back. since then i got constant ringing (tinnitus )in my ears esp louder in left year,. i did ct scan and hearing test. everything is normal. no headaches or vertigo. sometimes i get slight pain in head which lasts for few seconds. doctor prescribed neurobion and bilovas for 10 days.does it help? is there any cure for tinnitus which occured because of head injury?

Tinnitus post head injury is common and usually settles with in few weeks. As your CT and hearing tests are normal, you do not need to worry. Please continue with the medicines you are already taking. You can add betahistine tablets along with. Regards
