What Causes Tinnitus Along With Diarrhea And Palpitations?
hi I have tinnitus pulsatile and high pitched noise, body pains from head to toe , diarreah muzzy head head and neck pains palpitations and have had burning pains electric like pains in my teeth in the past and been very unwell in the past I feel my symptoms have returned I have had no help or satisfaction from my doctors as to a diagnosis

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have endocrine work up specially Thyroid functions as well as Metanephrine and Serotonin levels as carcinoid or pheochromocytoma can lead to such symptoms.
