General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to injury to the eardrum. Minor holes or perforatcan cause similar symptoms. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

As of now, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
