What Causes Tinnitus After A Laparoscopic Hysterectomy?

I am recovering from a laparoscopic hysterectomy done because of severe anemia and fibroids. I ave two questions: Will my anemia go away on its own? And I have tinnitus after the operation which had been getting better with iron supplements, what is causing it now?

Hi, I think anemia will require some iron supplements depending on your hemoglobin level. Take diet rich in pomegranate, spinach, beet, gram, apples and jaggery. Tinnitus can be due to severe anemia. It will go away once anemia I'd corrected. If it persists, consult a ENT specialist.
