What Causes Tingling Sensation On Legs?

Hi I am having tingling on my legs, mainly on my feet and some sensation or crawling filling on my legs and hips. I went to my Dr. and she said that it could be because of blood circulation or vitamin deficiency. So I did my blood work and came out B12 on higher side which is 1330, Low on D which is 23 and Low hemoglobin 11.7. Do I need to see any other doctor?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

For tingling cause has to be searched for and treated accordingly for relief...

You doesn't have vitamin B12 deficiency as your report normal...

Rule out diabetes by RBS estimation as diabetic neuropathy might be the reason...

Rule out any thyroid, lived or kidney problem by biochemical investigation of serum TSH, serum urea, creatinine, liver enzymes estimation..

Avoid alcohol if habit...

If vascular lesion suspected than colour doppler needed for that

NCV and EMG study helpful for neurological or myogenic cause investigation

Finally only if needed (spinal cause suspected) MRI done for that

Take care

With keeping this in mind consult physician or neurologist for examination and further work up

Hope your concern solved
