I HAD THE TINGY FEELING IN MY FEET AND THAT DR. GAVE ME SYBODA?? IT HELPED . BUT MY FEET ARE SPONGY FEELING AND I LOSE BY BALANCE EASILY. SPECAILLY IN SHOWER. WORST WHEN EYES CLOSSED BECAUSE OF SOAP OR SHAMPOO. BUT CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME, SOME TIMES JUST STANDING IN LINE. THANK YOU

it looks like you have vitamin b12 deficiency... to confirm the diagnosis you can get the serum b12 level checked...
for severe deficiencies, vit b12 injections are preferred along with oral supplements..
in mild cases oral supplements are usually enough...
