What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Ear?

My question is I ve had a tingling sensation at my left ear for approx 6 months, then in early October it started running through the left side of my face and scalp. I finally went to the doctor because I have has spell of no hearing in the left side and I can t focus well. Anyway they did an mri with dye contrast and saw a small white tumor when the dye was added (looks like a white jelly bean). They did a second mri focusing on that area one month later and it was negative but I still am having the same symptoms. Also with the second one my arm has a huge knot and major bruising where the dye was entered. Could the dye have not made it through? Should I go for a second opinion or just monitor the symptoms? Any help is appreciated

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
