1. During Menstrual cycle, there is hormonal imbalance which results in mood changes, tingling extremities, and breast tenderness/swelling so wait till your periods are over and if the tenderness/or this sensation persists check with your doctor to rule out any Infection.

2. It is still important to get regular breast examination and mammogram.

3. To ease the Premenstrual Tension:
. Low salt diet, avoid chillies and oily food
. Regular exercises: walking,abdominal & pelvic exercises
. Vitamin E: 1 daily for 15 days
. Tab. Pyridoxine: 1 daily prior to Menstrual cycle
. Tab Combiflam [Ibuprofen]: 1 tablet, 2-3 times a day to relieve pain.
