What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Body?

I am 32 female and I have been feeling like electrical shocks throughout my body. I have not been in contact with any abnormal source of electricity, I have been having an increase in acne breakout .If you could please point me in the right direction as to what I should do or what could be the possible cause.

See sensation are to be carried out by neurons in our body.It might be due to any neurological deficiency of vitamins or some times manifestation of some psychological tension arising of any situation.You should take multivitamins tablets under supervision of your physician.
