General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have a history of a heart attack. Now you are having tingling sensation along with trembling in the whole body.

It is good to know that all your cardiac reports came normal after a follow up check up.

Sometimes, heart attack & panic attacks have similar symptoms. Heart attack can be dangerous but panic attacks generally occur due to fear of a recurring heart attack, this is an anxiety disorder that may cause sweating, tingling, shaking & trembling of the body.

Like other anxiety disorders, it is treatable, you may need cognitive behavioral therapy. Get examined, you may need medications like SSRI'S or Benzodiazepines.

Medications will be prescribed to you after consultation with your cardiologist & the GP/ Neurologist or Psychiatrist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
