What Causes Tingling Sensation In Shoulder Blade?
I have this weird tingling feeling in the left shoulderblade almost over by the armpit. It's like more and more neurons going of and it gets tighter and tighter then subsides. It's not really painful, just uncomfortable. Never had a pain like that before.

Tingling sensation over shoulder blade and armpit is suggestive of nerve related problem.
It could be due to nerve compression, nerve degeneration or nerve inflammation.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment.
Nerve conduction study may be required and it is done to assess the nerve function.
