General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your cervical spines giving pinched nerve pressure symptoms.
Go for x-ray cervical spines for cervical spondilitis.
Go for physiotherapy.
Avoid putting pillow under neck while sleeping.
Consult orthopedic surgeon/neurosurgeon and get examined.
Take B!, B^, B12 medicines or shots.
Ok and take care.
