Yes. For the last year, I have had a tingling sensation in both feet. Almost like when you are out in the snow and they are extremely cold and come inside and they defrost . I have had blood tests done and my sugar levels are excellent, 5.6. I took vitamin B and just recently, vitamin d tablets. I am now experiencing tingling/tiredness in both legs, all the way up to my thighs. Almost like I ran a few miles. I do not know if I am imagining it but I also feel that both arms are experiencing the same tingling/tiredness. I am a 54 year old male that is overweight. Any ideas on what may be causing this?
