Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
recently i have noticed when i sit down on the floor and later wake up to walk one of my leg is having issue, i feel like tingle/ some numbness i dont know why, altho there is sometime when i use to feel this fellin but on both legs esp when i use to go to sleep,
I understand your concern. Regarding to your symptoms it could be connected with anemia or mineral imbalance in your body. So my suggestion is to visit your GP and ceck up your blood. The other reason could be with your spine. Sometimes disk protrusion (hernias) can lead to these symptoms. Your nerves are squeezed and this feels like numbness. So if your blood test is ok than visit a neurologist or make xray to check your spine.
I hope this answer was helpful to you.
