Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Symptoms of loss of sensation over left hand, loss of energy over left arm and drooping of left lid is suggestive of a neural or muscular disorder affecting different area and different muscle groups.
Blurring vision seems to be unrelated to neural or muscular disorder.
However, consultation with an ophthalmologist is required for clinical assessment, relevant investigations to find out the cause of blurring vision.
Besides an ophthalmologist, you also need to consult a physician for clinical assessment of your clinical features and thus plan relevant investigations.
Management can be planed after a final diagnosis is made.

Thanks and take care
