Neurologist 's  Response
Your description of the headache's severity and the fact it went away after sleep is commonly mentioned in this way by people suffering from migraine headaches. A neurologist or headache specialist would be the best person to see you and decide if there is a treatable cause or if not how best to proceed. The finger tingling and blurred are in likely association but this would have to be more precisely determined by grounding your timeline on exactly when things are happening. Best way to help your doctor with this task is to keep a diary of events AS THEY OCCUR. Please rate this as a 5 STAR ENCOUNTER and feel free to contact me at: XXXX with more questions.
