What Causes Tingling And Numbness In Hands And Feet?
Hi. I know this sounds weird, but my hands and feet lately tingle and fall asleep very quickly. I need to keep shaking my hands because the tingling gets bad at times. I am thinking... maybe this isn t quite normal ? For lack of a better word....

The tingling and numbness can be due to low levels of vitamin B12 or an electrolyte imbalance. You can get a few blood tests done to find out the cause. Proper supplements will help in improvement.
