Hello,

You have difficulty in pulling the foreskin back. You have either a short frenulum or a tight frenulum. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Urologist so that he can access if you have pain or bleeding during sexual activities, or if your frenulum gets torn during intercourse. Stretching exercises may help to facilitate the loosening of the frenulum. It should be performed under medical guidance.

The exercises should be done gently to stretch the frenulum. If you tend to forcefully stretch the entire foreskin, it may lead to worsening of the condition. Take bath, or shower with hot water to stretch the frenulum gently. The high temperature of the water aids in the easy loosening of the frenulum. You can use coconut oil to massage over the penis. It will work as a lubricant and help in stretching the frenulum easily.

Topical ointments like Xylocaine gel, Betamethasone Dipropionate and Clobetasone Butyrate when applied twice a day for 3 weeks will help to get rid of the tightness of the frenulum. You need to gently massage the ointment on the affected area. In 5- 6 weeks it will show effective results. Gradual stretching of the foreskin should be tried after around 2 weeks of continuous use. If the problem is resistant your treating doctor may recommend procedures like frenuloplasty, penile frenulectomy or circumcision, etc. Get it treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
