What Causes Tightness In Stomach With History Of Periodontal Surgery?

stomach area is feeling tight and my urine is colorless. Back is sore also. I'm 65/ female and probably overdid the yard work last weekend but I'm really uncomfortable? Also had periodontal surgery last wednesday, full mouth so I'm on pain pills - could they be upsetting my stomach? I'm on 2 per day of 800 Ibuprofen.

As per your complain stomach tightness can occur due to side effect of medicine and for this you should take Pantoprazole 40 mg once morning empty stomach..
You can also take laxatives for relief..
As far as back pain is concerned it can be due to strenous work but can also be due to stomach discomfort in which the pain or discomfort can radiate to back..
You can take a combination of muscle relaxant and painkiller for relief..
