Hello,

These symptoms are very much suggestive of heart disease. You get your ecg and tmt done. You may need echo as well. Also get lipid profile and sugars tested. Avoid heavy activities and fatty, oily And high calorie diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Use tab Sorbitrate sublingually whenever you have chest heaviness. You should get yourself evaluated on urgent basis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Sagar Makode
