What Causes Tightness In Chest,dizziness And Numbness On Fingers After Exercising?
I am a 43 year old male. Last Saturday after exercising, my chest starts to feel very tight, dizzy and numbness on my fingers. The diziness went off after an hour however I continue experience tightness in my chest and numbness on my fingers for the next few hours.
These symptoms are very much suggestive of heart disease. You get your ecg and tmt done. You may need echo as well. Also get lipid profile and sugars tested. Avoid heavy activities and fatty, oily And high calorie diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Use tab Sorbitrate sublingually whenever you have chest heaviness. You should get yourself evaluated on urgent basis.
