What Causes Tightness And Pain In Chest Area While Breathing?

Hello, i feel as though there is gas in my chest cavity. It does not hurt, but does get tight during standing and inhaling. Pain is about 1/10, more-so a discomfort. When my body is upside down i can feel the gas move through the chest cavity. Ive tried the common positions for relief, but no permanant results. I have also tried gas-x medication. Do you have any suggestions? It has been this way for two days, feels almost like a mild stitch.
