What Causes Tightness And Burning Sensation In The Urethra?

I feel tightness on my urethra. I have wet the bed 2 times in the last 8 months. Feel burning sensation when I ejaculate as well. I’m starting to get worried. I have the issue where I’ve held my urine so bad when I release I starting to bleed. Please help

It is understandable to be scared but most commonly the symptoms are not due to a life threatening condition. You would need to be seen for physical examination and assessment of the urine.
The most common causes would be an infection of some aspect of the urinary tract or enlargement of the prostate.
The urinary tract includes- urethra, prostate, kidney, bladder, ureter. If an infection is present then antibiotics would be given to improve the symptoms.
