Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms should not be neglected.

Pulmonary embolism, cardiac failure or left ventricular hypertrophy, respiratory cause need to be ruled out here

Auscultation should be done first to check respiratory sound and heart sound like murmur.

Than EKG and chest x ray can be done according to need.

If needed than echocardiography done to check emboli if present.

Check your hemoglobin level as well by CBC

Hope this will help you

According to cause specific treatment given

Consult pulmonologoist for examination
