Hi I have this problem with my breathing I do have asthma but I find I get a tightness in my diaphragm and shortness of breath without even excerting myself just by bending over. I also get tingling sensation in my hands face and across my chest. It passes in time but it can come in waves. I find it gets worse in stressful situations. I m 27 I don t smoke, I eat generally healthy and walk everywhere. I m not sure whether it s a serious thing worth getting checked out or whether it s just general stress and anxiety.
