What Causes Throbbing Pain In The Legs And Sides Of The Neck?

24 year old female having pain in legs and throbbing pain in neck both sides scared its my carotid artery or arteries In legs I also have anxiety and raynaulds in my fingers , I have had multiple ecgs echo stress test chest X-ray multiple blood tests including ESR and ANA which were negative and CPR -1 also had d dimer and alkaline phosphatass which were both good , do you think I could have an issue with arteries ? Or could anxiety ?

Hello,
I think the neck and leg pain you experience are two different symptoms. Since you have mentioned that your xrays are negative the probability of early onset cervical spondylitis can be ruled out. Since your ANA is negative we can even eliminate lupus for now.
First try eliminating minor things such as improper posture for the neck pain and muscle pull for the leg.
You don't have to worry about carotid pain as it is often associated with massive drop in bp, other severe symptoms.
If it persists or worsens then its advisable to further evaluate.
