What Causes Throat Tightness And White Flakes In Vomit?
Hi there , for the past few days I have felt as if I have something stuck I m my throat and stomach . It s very annoying and feel like I need to gulp air . I was sick and I had some very small white lumps like tiny stones in my vomit and lots of them too . I know it sounds disgusting but I took a closer look and the are rock hard !

I would suggest you to start gargles with Disprin thrice a day
Also take ppi inhibitors like pantoprazole once daily.
Anti Reflux measures like avoid coffee tea smoking. Avoid over eating, lying down after heavy food intake. Take lots of fluids.
