What Causes Throat Tightness And Upset Stomach?

I just had a bowel movement i have been having alot of problems this past month with breathing throat closing stomach problems and dizziness and weakness. & i just had a bowel movement the first like stool that ce out was very light brown and a clay consistency. Then the second stoll that cane out right after was very dark brown and the same consistency. Whats wrong ??.
