Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to pharygitis or allergy or acid erosion etc. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. Use tablet pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
