What Causes Throat And Chest Discomfort After Consuming Brandy?
I drank about 750 militers of brandy last night and started feeling sick around 5pm til this morning at 3am and now I have a major lump feeling in my throat and chest every time I swallow food or drink it hurts like its being forced through my chest cavity or esophagus.

Brandy contain alcohol and high amount of alcohol use can damage esophagus and stomach directly and by increasing acidity/acid reflux. This damage lead to reflux spasm, pain in epigastrium/chest/throat and feeling of something in throat.
For treatment drink plenty of water, stop further alcohol use and meet physician for treatment of acidity with medicines like ranitidine.
