I have a problem with my penis. And I dont know what it is. There seems to be a thin white layer of skin on the tip of my penis that comes off if i keep washing it constantly. And also, when i go to pull down my skin to clean it, or pull it back up, it stings a bit. I hope it s nothing big. I ve never had sex before, and I m not circumsized

Hello,

The whitish or creamish layer is called smegma and it is accumulated urine, dirt, semen, dirt, skin etc. Wash the under part of your foreskin twice or thrice everyday and keep it clean. if you do not clean it every day, infection may result. Therefore I suggest consulting a skin specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
