hi i am johnson, I had sex with a female without condom this mid-month. few days bach, i noticed a thick yellowish discharge from my penis... though this discharge isn t much as the first day i noticed, but i am very worried i may have contracted a horrific disease. please what may this be?

Sounds like gonorrhea. This is treatable with antibiotics but you need to go to a STI clinic and be tested to determine the exact disease and to get proper treatment.
