What Causes Thick White Vaginal Discharge Before Menstruation?

I am supposed to start my period in 3 days but for the last week or two I have had to change my underwear 2-3 times a day because I have had a lot of creamy white discharge that looks and feels like lotion. It has no smell at all. Could I be pregnant?

There are many types of discharges that women experience. The one you described related to the normal discharge which is normal before and after ovulation in a women memstrual cycle. So all long as its not thick,cottage cheese like or watery and foul smelling you don't need to worry about it. This type of discharge occurs in every cycle to every women just before and after ovulation phase.
But cottage cheese like thick discharge relates to fun gal vaginal infection and watery fishy odour discharge is a sign of bacterial vaginosis. So see the type of discharge and get it categorized
