What Causes Thick Gel Discharge From The Anus?

I was fingering my anus and all of that and iv been doing this for some time now about a week or two and this time iv been expeintimg with objects like toilet paper holder (the sping like ones) and after time I took it out and white stuff come out like a thick gel and I wasn t sure if it was the lotion I used to Lube it I did a thin costing but I did that s couple days ago and today I was doing it and I did it with something smaller it was an old i don t know what it was it was a think you stick up your nose when your nose is stuffy and you inhale and this time the same thing happened but it had red on it and I m really worried in going to get sick from like e-coli or other microorganisms that are found in feces help !!!

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of doing something totally unnatural of like fingering the anus and rectum and putting something in it.
This causes the rectum to secrete mucus in large quantity in response to something that is not its content normally.
Secondly you might have caused an injury previously and thus the findings.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all, stop such activity.
Secondly consult a General Surgeon so that you can have ano=proctoscopy and sigmoidoscopy to know the extent of the problem sand then get a proper treatment with antibiotics, metronidazole and probiotics as may be advised by your treating Doctor.
